EUROPA Letting
Options We have two letting options offered by most campsites. |

OPTION A To be let by Campsite. You prefer not to pay any annual site fees or management charges. All you do is release 7 weeks from mid-July to the end of August to be let by the campsite. For the period other than the 7 weeks you then let your home yourself or via the campsite and all the income is yours ! In addition you can, of course, use it yourself for free. NB: Option is only available at certain campsites, and with the site management confirmation. To see an example of the sort of income you can expect click here |
OPTION B You don’t want a letting service. You prefer to arrange your own bookings or to use it just for yourself. With this option you pay the annual site and management fees and then retain all the letting income and / or use it yourself. To see an example of the sort of income you can expect click here |
